The Bill (Reg. No.2336) extends the authorities of the National Commission for Regulation of Electric Power as regards licensing of certain types of economic activity in the filed of heat supply, provided heat energy is produced at the nuclear power plants and thermal power plants.
The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill "will enhance State regulation of activity in the field of heat supply".
